Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
After this confirmation has been sent, your order will move into processing.
Please note that shipping timelines are managed by third-party carriers and are outside of our direct control. Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after shipment. In some cases, carriers may mark a parcel as “delivered” before it physically arrives. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for final delivery.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day*.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and transfer to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Payment
All transactions are processed in USD, unless your local currency is clearly displayed at checkout. Please review the currency shown before completing your purchase.
Separate Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. This allows us to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Returns Policy

At Hudson & Honey, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns for store credit under the conditions below:
Eligibility

With all tags, labels, and accessories intact
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please email:
Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the full value of approved items. Store credit can be used toward future purchases.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for:

Personalized or custom products
Original packaging is required. Missing or damaged packaging may result in refusal of the return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item (if eligible) for store credit and place a new order.
Multiple Returns
Free return coverage applies to your first approved return request only. For any subsequent returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For Orders Placed Before March 30, 2025
Customers had 30 days from delivery to request a return for refund or replacement.

Returns sent without prior email confirmation may not qualify for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please email us within 30 days with:

Clear photo evidence
Approved defective items will be replaced free of charge with the same product.
Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences do not qualify as defects. If there is a significant discrepancy or design issue, please include this information in your email.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Responsibility Guidelines

We will gladly replace or correct your order if:

We ship exactly what is confirmed in your order summary and confirmation email.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at info@hudson-honey.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify it.
Order Guarantee
All confirmed orders are guaranteed for shipment. If a package is not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement may be issued and shipped to the original address provided at checkout.

Modifying Orders
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. This allows us to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.
Missing Orders
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us at:
Include your order number and confirm your shipping address.
If the address provided does not match the address entered at checkout, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
Defective Orders
If your item arrives defective, please send photos or video within 30 days of delivery. Approved defective items qualify for replacement only.
